Job description

Dominion Diagnostics is the premier provider of comprehensive clinical quantitative urine drug testing, medication monitoring, and support services nationwide. Serving hundreds of clients in a variety of medical specialties, we provide actionable information to improve patient care and medical outcomes in the treatment of Chronic Pain and Addiction Medicine. While our main headquarters is located in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, we have employees located throughout the country.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Field Laboratory Representative (FLR) to join our team at the Ellsworth Patient Service Center. This full-time, entry-level medical field position plays a vital role in our quantitative drug testing analysis.
Schedule:
MONDAY 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, WEDNESDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & THURSDAY 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all patients.
  • Collect urine specimens while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately enter patient and requisition data into electronic systems.
  • Maintain inventory of collection supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company compliance policies.
  • Work efficiently as part of a collaborative laboratory team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space.
