Medical Front Office

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Office professional to join a busy medical office. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have previous medical front office experience, strong data entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
  • Check patients in for scheduled appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Collect patient copays and provide receipts
  • Accurately enter and update patient information in the EMR system
  • Work with Greenway software for patient records and information
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient information
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
  • Work closely with other team members to support daily front office operations
  • Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Previous EMR experience; Greenway experience is a plus
