NS CPA PLLC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recent accounting graduate to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Office Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public accounting while working with a variety of individual and business clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping and data entry for multiple clients.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and accounting records.
  • Assist with tax preparation and payroll processing.
  • Organize client files and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phones, greet clients, and provide general office support.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
