Entry Level Machinist/Laborer

The Entry Level Machinist will:
 
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist/mechanical aptitude including the ability to read simple blueprints
  • Accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.)
  • Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code or ability to learn how to 
  • Ability to take direction and apply learned skills
  • Clean shop area as requested
  • Learn to run manual lathes/mills, experience a plus

Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations:
  • Some machining experience 
  • Have completed machining classes in career school or otherwise
  • Ability to work to close tolerances
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
