Entry level med techs, or entry-level medical technologists, are healthcare professionals who perform laboratory tests to help diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. They typically work under the supervision of more experienced technologists or laboratory managers and are responsible for preparing samples, operating laboratory equipment, and recording results. These positions are ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field, providing a foundation for advancing in laboratory science careers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an entry level med tech?

To thrive as an Entry Level Med Tech, you need a solid understanding of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and a relevant associate degree or certification in medical technology or a related field. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), automated analyzers, and safety protocols is typically required. As an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter, you'll learn how to connect top technology professionals with leading companies while building lasting client relationships. You'll develop valuable sales, recruiting, negotiation, and business development skills that will set you up for long-term success.

This position is HYBRID and based in Dallas, TX, near the American Airlines Center(2323 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219). During your first 1โ€“2 months, you'll work in the office 4โ€“5 days per week. After that, the expectation is 3 days per week onsite, with additional flexibility as you become established in the role.

You do NOT need previous recruiting or technology experience to be successful here. We are open to recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and experienced recruiting professionals.

What You'll Do

You'll learn to manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in:

  • Building relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
  • Identifying and recruiting top talent for exciting career opportunities.
  • Developing new client partnerships through business development and networking.
  • Matching candidates with companies where they can thrive.

  • Performance-based bonus: $750 placement bonus for each of your first 10 placements. Once you hit that milestone, you promote to Senior Full Desk Recruiter at $55,000 base salary with commission added โ€” and from there, earning potential is uncapped. Most people hit Senior Recruiter within 12 months.
  • Structured onboarding and award-winning training program
  • Access to more than 150 recruiting, sales, and professional development courses
  • Dedicated one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Clearly defined career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, energetic, team-oriented culture
  • Comprehensive benefits including:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Passionate about helping people find meaningful careers
  • Comfortable working in an onsite/hybrid environment

Previous technology knowledge is not required. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
