Job description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level SMT Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will responsible for assembly, inspection, of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). Previous SMT/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
The candidate ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds. Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Stencil Pinter, Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven, PCBA.s clean machine. Comfortable using microscopes or magnification equipment. Plus other assembly tools and able to read and interpret assembly documents and engineering drawings.
Education and Required Skills
High School Diploma
Strong computer and written skills
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work with small electronic components
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
work in Hi -Rel or relative environment
Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings
Great communication skills and ability to work both independently and team environment
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards ,Familiarity with electronic components
Basic soldering experience.(a plus, but not required)
Willing to train an enthusiastic applicant willing to learn a new skill
