We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support a Design Liaison Engineering team focused on annular Hot Gas Path components. This role plays a critical part in supporting the global supply chain and manufacturing partners by analyzing, dispositioning, and resolving hardware deviations on complex turbine components. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where the engineer will apply core mechanical engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges involving advanced rotating machinery. The position supports both short-term hardware issue resolution and longer-term design improvements to enhance manufacturability, quality, cost, and reliability.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global engineering organization.
  • Strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities based on evolving business and manufacturing needs.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, methods, materials, and coatings.
  • Understanding of GD&T with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of materials
