Job description


We are hiring entry-level Solar PV Installers to support commercial and industrial solar projects across Arizona, primarily in Maricopa County. This role is ideal for someone with basic construction exposure who is reliable, physically capable, safety-minded, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
We've secured a long-term contract running through 2028 and are expanding our field crews to meet demand.
Position start date: February 1, 2026 with onboarding and training occurring during January.

The opportunity:
As an Entry-Level Solar PV Installer, you will assist experienced crew members with the physical installation of solar systems. This is a hands-on construction role with structured training and clear advancement paths as your skills grow.
You will report to a Mechanical Foreman and work as part of a team installing racking systems, solar panels, and related equipment.
No prior solar experience is required.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Assist with assembling and installing solar racking systems and panels
  • Carry, stage, and organize tools and materials on job sites
  • Use hand tools and power tools under supervision
  • Work safely around electrical components and electrical hazards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Follow instructions from foremen and lead installers
  • Learn proper installation methods and safety practices on the job
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (1-3 stories)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical construction work
  • Comfortable using basic power tools and hand tools
  • Basic comfort working around electrical systems and hazards (no licensing required)
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
