Job description

Location: Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (On-Site)
Company: Neto Capital
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30AM–5:30PM
Start Date: Immediate / Based on availability

Position Overview

We're looking for a driven, goal-oriented Funding Specialist / Account Executive to join Neto Capital's sales team. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven, high-earning role at the center of our business — built for people who want to control their own paycheck and grow into leadership.

As a Funding Specialist, you'll consult with small and mid-sized business owners across the country, understand their capital needs, and match them with the right funding amount and terms. You'll work a robust pipeline of warm, high-intent leads, use our AI-powered tools to work smarter than the competition, and build lasting relationships that turn into repeat funding and renewals.

We provide the technology, the data, the leads, the training, and the environment. You bring the hunger.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with small and mid-sized business owners across the country to understand their capital needs and financial goals.
  • Analyze merchant financial profiles and match businesses with the right funding structure, amount, and terms.
  • Leverage the company's AI and technology tools to identify the best opportunities, sharpen your pitch, and close deals faster than the competition.
  • Manage a robust pipeline using our provided high-intent warm leads and targeted outbound data.
  • Guide business owners through the application and funding process from first contact to funded deal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners to secure repeat funding and renewals.
  • Work closely with underwriting and operations to move deals through quickly and accurately.
  • Consistently hit and exceed activity, pipeline, and funding targets.
  • Maintain accurate notes, pipeline status, and documentation in the company's CRM.
  • Bring energy to a tight-knit, competitive, celebratory team every single day.

Requirements

  • Full-time availability, on-site, Monday–Friday.
  • A strong, goal-driven, competitive mindset — you're motivated by hitting targets and out-earning your last paycheck.
  • For experienced roles: 2+ years of direct MCA funding experience (funding volume history is a major plus).
  • For entry-level roles: No MCA experience required — bring exceptional communication skills, grit, and a hunger to win.
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and active listening skills.
  • A professional presence suited for an upscale corporate environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Openness to technology and AI as tools to sell smarter — this is core to how we work.
  • A team-first attitude — we celebrate each other's wins and push each other to do better.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in MCA, business funding, lending, or alternative finance.
  • Background in high-volume phone sales, inside sales, or B2B sales.
  • Existing book of business or industry relationships (for experienced candidates).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.

Who You Are

  • You're competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results and earning potential.
  • You're goal-oriented and treat targets as the floor, not the ceiling.
  • You're a strong communicator who builds trust fast and handles objections with confidence.
  • You have grit and a thick skin — you don't get rattled by a "no."
  • You embrace technology and AI as your edge to work smarter and sell more.
  • You're coachable, open to feedback, and always sharpening your pitch.
  • You want real income potential and a clear path to grow into leadership.

Why Join Neto Capital?

  • We're a fintech company, not a brokerage. Get the market's best AI and technology tools to close more deals — an edge our competitors simply don't have.
  • Uncapped commission. Earning potential of $28–$100+/hour, driven entirely by your performance — with an optional base depending on experience.
  • Bonuses on top of commission. We reward strong performers beyond the standard payout.
  • We invest in your success. Warm leads, elite training, coaching, and top-tier technology — we give you everything you need to win.
  • A real career path. We promote from within: Sales Rep → Team Lead → Manager and beyond. We want to watch you grow.
  • A strong, high-energy environment. A supportive, competitive, celebratory team culture where your wins are the whole company's wins.

We're looking for driven, goal-oriented people ready to build a real career in fintech and business funding.
