We are seeking motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Executives. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop their sales skills, and build a career in the financial services industry.

No prior MCA or finance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the industry, develop your sales skills, and advance within the company.

Successful Sales Executives will have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive and eventually Account Manager role, taking on greater responsibility for managing clients, structuring deals, and closing financing transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and communicate with business owners regarding their financing needs
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
  • Learn and understand Merchant Cash Advances and other alternative business financing products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners
  • Qualify prospective clients and gather necessary information for financing opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Underwriting, and Processing teams
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information within Salesforce
  • Develop strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Take ownership of your pipeline and continuously develop new business opportunities
  • Learn the full sales and funding process with the goal of advancing into an Account Executive and Account Manager position
