Job description

Closets by Design is immediately hiring 2 qualified candidates for our Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.ย 
Requirements:

  • Possess and maintain current driverโ€™s license with a good driving record.ย 
  • Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.ย 
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good communication skills.ย

  • High entry level pay, with fast opportunity for weekly bonus pay.ย  Our lead installers earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually while working 5 days a week.ย
