POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • The Shipper/ Receiver position is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate handling of ordered items, as well as placing all incoming materials in their assigned areas throughout the plant

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in loading/unloading of trucks, inspecting materials for quality, and signing packing slips
  • Follow all check-in and storage requirements as outlined in the receiving handbook
  • Ability to properly notate paperwork for shipping purposes

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Previous Forklift Experience Preferred
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong communication skills
