Put your organizational and creative skills to work as part of a fun, fast-paced team while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. You'll support a close-knit, collaborative group of marketers, designers and content creators while contributing to Google Ads, campaign reporting, social media content and other marketing initiatives.
This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and creative projects. You'll have the chance to build reports, review campaign performance, organize content, assist with advertising projects and even create content of your own. Strong attention to detail, organization and comfort working with spreadsheets are a must, but no prior marketing experience is required. Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and we'll show you the rest!

As a Marketing Office Assistant, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:
  • Assisting with Google Ads campaigns, reporting and account organization.
  • Creating weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Reviewing campaign data for accuracy and helping identify trends.
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly audits of our digital advertising and other marketing elements.
  • Assisting with social media content creation and other creative projects.
  • Filing and organizing contracts, design pieces and other marketing documents.
  • Tackling special projects and helping out wherever needed!
