What You Will Be Doing:

As a member of our Licensing team, you will be responsible for completing a thorough review and analysis of licensing applications and documentation to ensure that all necessary criteria are met. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to facilitate the licensing process and address any discrepancies or issues that may arise. By maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reports, the Licensing Review Analyst contributes to the overall integrity and efficiency of the licensing operations. Ultimately, this role supports the organization's commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management, safeguarding both the company and its clients.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role and may require at least 3 days in our Morrisville, NC office on a rotating schedule shared with your teammates.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze licensing applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to licensing.

  • Maintain detailed records of licensing activities and prepare reports for management review.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance in all licensing processes.

  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding licensing requirements and procedures.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have:

  • Exceptional typing skills. Speed and accuracy are a must!
  • Knowledge of basic equipment functions, such as how to create and maintain files, scanning, printing, copying, faxing, phone messaging, and voicemail
  • Ability to work with frequent and multiple policy, procedure and regulation changes
  • Ability to shift between priorities as needed through the workday
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be extremely responsive, results oriented and an effective problem solver.

Must Have:

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education
  • Be a team player that can also work independently with general supervision; be able to communicate clearly and effectively.

The compensation range for this position is $17 - $25/hr. RegEd's compensation package is based on each candidate's unique skills, qualifications and experience. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications. The total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package, vacation time, sick time, volunteer time and parental leave.
