Production Worker / Molder (Entry-Level | Manufacturing)

Full-Time | No Weekends

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Manufacturing Workers
Looking for a hands-on job where you can use your mechanical skills? Whether you have experience in manufacturing, construction or you’re just eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and prepare equipment for production, including cleaning, coating, and assembly
  • Pour molten aluminum using appropriate handling tools and safety equipment
  • Monitor casting quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Remove finished castings and conduct visual and dimensional inspections
  • Perform grinding, trimming, and cleanup on raw castings
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Complete production and quality checks
  • Follow all plant safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout guidelines
  • Work cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors

Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing, foundry, or production experience
  • Knowledge of aluminum casting or metalworking processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in industrial or hot work environments
