Production Assembler

Location: New Boston, MI

Pay: 1st Shift – $17.00/hr
2nd Shift – $18.00/hr
3rd Shift – $17.75/hr
Job Summary
Are you looking for an entry-level manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? We’re seeking Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced, modern facility in New Boston, MI. In this role, you’ll primarily run parts on a machine at your assigned station, ensuring high-quality output in a clean, organized environment. Some prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Operation: Run parts through your assigned station efficiently and accurately, monitoring the machine and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload parts, push/pull racks, and lift items up to 30 lbs.
  • Workstation Maintenance: Keep your area clean and organized to maintain efficiency and safety.
    In addition, you will follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and assist with other station-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
  • Some prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
