Are you a recent college grad or an early career changer in Columbia, SC? We areseeking a collaborative individual who enjoys engaging with customers. Our entry-level management program trainees will learn various business functions, such as operations, marketing, sales and management.
Candidates for our Entry-level Management training program will:
  • Engage with customers through interactive displays and promotions of our clients' products and services.
  • Be responsible for team building by developing and training entry-level representatives.
  • Communicate our clients' promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services.
