Overview: The AI Analyst is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing pre-built AI solutionsโ€”such as UIPath, Copilot Studio, and other low-code platformsโ€”to enhance operational productivity and user experience across the enterprise. This role focuses on leveraging existing AI tools and platforms, collaborating with business units to ensure successful adoption, and providing technical support for ongoing solution maintenance. The AI Analyst will also explore opportunities to integrate generative AI and data science capabilities into business processes, driving efficiency and innovation.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and support pre-built AI solutions (e.g., UIPath, Copilot Studio) to automate workflows, improve reporting, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders, Organizational Agility, and IT teams to align solution deployment with strategic priorities and technical roadmaps.
  • Advocate for best practices in low-code application development and process design to ensure cross-functional efficiency and optimal user experiences.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for deployed AI solutions.
  • Explore and recommend new use cases for generative AI and data science tools within the organization.
  • Develop and deliver use cases, conduct initial testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for AI-enabled applications.
  • Ensure compliance with policy, procedure, and security requirements in all AI solution implementations.
  • Communicate proactively regarding platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in IT, Computing Studies, Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., UIPath, Copilot Studio) and familiarity with data science and generative AI solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

The pay range for this position is between $81,700-134,730 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period. Benefits for this position include Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays annually.
