Entry Level Management Trainee – AT&T Retail

Prime Nexus Inc. | Montgomery, AL

Prime Nexus Inc. is growing our Montgomery team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Entry Level Management Trainee. This is a hands-on role where you’ll start by learning the customer-facing side of our business through AT&T Wireless retail sales and promotions, with opportunities to take on more leadership responsibility as you develop.

No management experience is required. We’re looking for people who are outgoing, competitive, coachable, and interested in building experience in sales, customer service, team leadership, and business operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent AT&T Wireless through face-to-face retail sales campaigns

  • Talk with customers about wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and current promotions

  • Help customers find options that fit their wireless needs

  • Build strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

  • Learn daily campaign operations and performance tracking

  • Work alongside management to understand team goals and sales strategies

  • Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress

  • Develop toward additional leadership and management responsibilities based on performance
