Entry-Level 360 Recruitment Consultant – InterEx Group, Miami

Location: Edgewater, Miami, FL (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $50,000+ (1st year OTE ~ $80-85k)

As part of our continued growth, InterEx Group is hiring 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Miami office.


This role will start out as 180, delivering candidate to some of our top clients across North America and will evolve into a full-desk role (360), where you’ll be responsible for both client development and candidate management within the ERP, CRM or Data markets.


You’ll be joining a dynamic, driven, and collaborative sales floor with the opportunity to make an immediate impact with live roles to fill and commission earning potential from week 1 in the role!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Qualification: Finding top tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, advertising, and our internal database.
  • Business Development: Building new client relationships while expanding existing accounts to identify new hiring needs.
  • Sales Execution: Managing the full 360 process- pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates in the Cloud, Data, and ERP markets.
