Tidewater's Business Development Team is currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and increasing sales growth through the development and execution of strategies. Your leadership skills will be essential in inspiring and motivating your team towards the achievement of specific goals. Additionally, you will have the responsibility of training and mentoring team members to reach their full potential whilst building a solid rapport with customers and clients.

A successful Junior Marketing Manager should possess a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a team to success. You will have diverse responsibilities that are integral to the success of your team and the organization in general. This includes, but is not limited to:
