Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Business Management/Business Management Analysts - Pathways Program . This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Linthicum, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management.

Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Business Management Organization. Basic Qualifications: Basic Qualifications for an Associate Business Management Analyst: Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain etc.) Be able to obtain a U.S
