Process Technician - Injection & Blow Molding | $24-$32/hr + Bonus
Auburn, NY Area | Onsite | Direct Hire
Growing plastics manufacturer near Auburn, NY is hiring Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. No degree needed- we'll train the right person out of high school, military, or trade school. Come build a real career with a company that promotes from within!
Pay & Schedule
  • $24.00-$32.00/hour based on experience
  • Profit-based company bonus
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts (day or night), every other weekend
  • Healthcare starts day one (company covers ~87%), dental & vision included
  • 401(k) with 50% match up to 6%
  • PTO and flexible holiday scheduling

What You'll Do
  • Operate and troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
  • Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and mold changeovers
  • Complete daily machine checks and documentation
