Description

As a Production Press Operator, you will support Bruderer stamping machines to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each stated essential function, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Production Operations: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, helping to ensure efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor Support Production Equipment: Monitor production equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
  • Quality Control: Conduct limited in-process quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the production area is clean and organized, following all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of production output, and material heat numbers. Must have legible handwriting
  • Follow Instructions: Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the production process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively, communicate openly with colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
