Looking for a promising career in light manufacturing and are mechanically inclined? DIY Media Group is seeking a high-energy candidate with strong attention to detail to join our Packaging team. In this role, you will deliver finished discs and other products to musicians, videographers, and corporate customers. You’ll learn the proper operation of light industrial robotic machines and/or shrink wrappers that assemble jewel boxes, DVD cases, etc.


Located just outside Philadelphia, in Pennsauken, NJ, DIY Media Group is the parent company of the industry-leading brands Disc Makers and BookBaby. We help musicians, authors, and filmmakers make their dreams come true by manufacturing high-quality CDs, DVDs, books, and providing other services independent artists need!

Available Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM on-site at our HQ in Pennsauken, NJ. This is a 5-day, 40-hour work week, with occasional overtime as business requires.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Machine operation experience is a plus 

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry it short distances
  • Standing for extended periods of time, up to 100% of your working hours
