Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE

Maintain safe and efficient operation of filler equipment while maximizing production up-time, minimizing shrink, and maintaining quality.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment

Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components

Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests

Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary

Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
