Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Buffalo, MN
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $19.50 - $29 Hourly - Based on experience; 2nd Shift has a $2.50 shift premium.
Shift(s): 1st (5 AM - 3:30 PM) and 2nd (3:30 PM - 2 AM) 4 Day work week, Monday - Thursday

Job Overview: A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, packaging, and machine operating
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required
  • Problem solve any discrepancies
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools
  • Have good math ability and problem solving skills
  • Read and interpret blueprints efficiently
  • Perform physical actions which may include frequent bending, twisting, reaching, walking, consistent standing, and the ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects
