Position Overview
As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair tires.
  • Operate balancers and tire machines.
  • Complete work orders accurately.
  • Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
  • Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
  • Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
  • Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Available to work Saturdays.
  • Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
  • Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Compensation
Pay: $14.00 + per hour effective rate
Our Tire Technicians are paid weekly, including base pay, overtime, and tire spiffs. They are also eligible to participate in the monthly store bonus.
