Unlike bulky insulated packaging, InsulTote products are compact, helping customers reduce shipping costs, warehouse labor, and storage space. This temp-to-hire role offers hands-on training, a friendly team environment, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a company that values learning and innovation.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

As a Production Operator, you’ll be cross-trained across multiple departments—including packaging, duct, and machine operation—helping the team meet daily production goals while learning new skills and contributing to a collaborative workplace.

Job Duties:
  • Cross-train in packaging, duct, and machine operator departments
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Work with team members to meet daily production targets
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Pay increase available upon permanent hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

Requirements:
