What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling
  • Support plant operations by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance activities
  • Monitor work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient production conditions
  • Follow standard operating procedures and communicate issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
