Summary:


This is an entry-level position focused on prioritizing workflow, learning plate running and web path orientation, and applying safe practices for setting ink and plate lockup. This role is also responsible for housekeeping, safety procedures, assisting with press setup and cleanup, and effective communication.

What you will do:

  • Introduction and application of setting ink, plate lockup, and removal

  • Observation and application of housekeeping and safety procedures throughout the shift

  • Develop the skills needed to troubleshoot

  • Participates in the cleanup and completes set up of the presses

  • Communicate verbally effectively with associates and management

  • Train for and obtain a Forklift Certification

What you will bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant/facility maintenance function, or 1-3 years as a Reel Tender, preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects

Benefits and Compensation:

The hourly range is $20.00 - $24.00 + one time sign on bonus. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
