Job Description

This Entry-Level Machine Operator position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing environment. You will operate and maintain production machinery, support consistent product quality, and uphold strict safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery to support safe and efficient operation.
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products as needed, following all safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes, identify issues or defects, and communicate concerns promptly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as calipers to complete production tasks accurately.
  • Assist with general production, assembly, and machine operation tasks, including press brake operation where required.
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate consistent, punctual attendance and a strong sense of accountability in daily work.

Essential Skills/Must Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience using hand tools in a production or mechanical setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of tools, equipment, and machine operation.

Pay and Benefits
