Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics / Data Scientist Engineer to support advanced aerospace and defence analytics initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging large-scale telemetry, mission systems, and maintenance datasets to drive predictive insights and improve operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will work on high-impact programs involving predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and mission capability optimization within a complex, data-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale datasets including telemetry, mission systems, and maintenance data
  • Develop predictive models for:
    • Equipment readiness
    • Failure trends
    • Maintenance optimization
  • Perform time-series analysis on sensor and operational data
  • Identify anomalies and patterns impacting system performance and mission success
  • Build and deploy machine learning models to support sustainment strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and analytics
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Support data-driven decision-making for operational and logistics optimization

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
