Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

BrightStar Care is urgently seeking compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with bowel and bladder experience in the Savannah, GA area and are willing to travel to Richmond Hill and Hinesville area. What You'll Do
  • Conduct re-assessments and supervisory visits
  • Implement individualized plans of care using sound clinical judgment
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed nursing documentation
  • Prepare, administer, and document commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
  • Monitor and report adverse medication reactions to the RN
  • Provide wound care and initiate emergency measures when necessary
  • Perform all skills and procedures within the LPN scope of practice and agency protocols
  • Ensure professional, respectful interactions with clients, families, and team members
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and protect client confidentiality
  • Stay organized and focused while managing assigned tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited practical/vocational nursing program
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of care
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Negative TB test or TB blood test
