PRN LPN – Supervisory Visit Nurse

Job Type: PRN / As Needed
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay rate: 35$ to 40$ per hour

Location: Savannah, GA

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct supervisory nursing visits every 60 days for a variety of clients receiving in-home care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible, part-time, PRN nursing work with a focus on client safety, quality of care, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct supervisory visits with clients approximately every 60 days.

  • Assess client needs and monitor the quality of care being provided.

  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the care team.

  • Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit reports.
