What we need:

The Sales Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that supports the Sales function by assisting with various administrative tasks and processes. This role will collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, procedures, and policies. 

What you'll do:

  • Assist Sales function by coordinating and supporting sales processes and programs. 

  • Assist in preparing daily/monthly/yearly reports and graphs to include but not limited to pricing, product, claims, sales, and inventory activities. 

  • Coordinate administrative and logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations of business accounts. 

  • Code invoices and process payment as required for defined areas of support. Research questionable invoices as necessary. 

  • Coordinate agenda, travel, and materials associated with sales meetings and conventions. 

  • Act as liaison between the accounts and company departments and coordinate relevant functions that require access to customer accounts. 

  • Collaborate with vendors and/or customers to solve non-complex, routine issues.  

  • May perform data entry of sales orders, monitor inventory levels, or handle other administrative items. 

  • Perform other duties as needed.  

What you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.        
  • 0-2 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.      

What you're good at: 

  • Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.  

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. 

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. 

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Some travel may be required. 

  • The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
