The Role


We are currently seekingProduction Associatesto join our manufacturing team. This is an entrylevel position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Production Associates play a key role in supporting safe, efficient plant operations while working as part of a collaborative team environment.


Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:06 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends!)
Starting Pay:$14.00-$16.00 per hour

What You'll Do


  • Stack cut lumber to specified dimensions
  • Band and grade lumber according to quality and safety standards
  • Work safely in hot and cold manufacturing environments
  • Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and equipment while performing physical tasks
