Job description

Currently seeking a Data Entry/Research Specialist for our Data Control Department located in our corporate office in Wayne, PA. This is an entry level position and is responsible for onboarding new customers through internal processes, researching documentation for customer requirements, logging and maintaining customer data in varying applications and communicating with internal personnel on all customer related requirements. The qualified individual would be a detail oriented, team player who is resourceful with the ability to work independently.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Research, Accuracy and management of all customer related data in all internal applications.
• Communicate with all internal personnel regarding customer inquiries.
• Maintain internal databases.
• Ad hoc reporting as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma required. Advanced training or degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and PC skills.
• Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of products.
• Must be detail oriented and have above average multi-tasking, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently.
