Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support our email marketing team in ensuring timely execution of all related projects.

Assists team on various projects to help improve overall operations and optimization. With project and vendor management skills and excellent attention to detail, the Email Marketing Coordinator will partner with our Program Managers to manage all phases of the execution of Email Marketing end-to-end projects including creative feedback, managing assets, ensuring assets are tagged appropriately for tracking purposes, setup, testing, and tracking.The Project Coordinator possesses excellent coordination and communication skills while working with vendors and internal team members to ensure the timely implementation of projects.

This is an entry level role with minimum of 1-2 years work experience. Additional responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include the following:

Must:
  • Be able to do Hybrid working model. Office is located in San Jose.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner closely with Program Managers to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results.
  • This role will support the end-to-end process, from intake and segmentation to build, QA, localization, setup, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Accurately estimate and track program hours, weekly campaign timelines, and results
  • Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations, communicating project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Must Haves:
  • 1-2 years’ work experience
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of email creative best practices
