Break fix support of in scope middleware Commercial off the Shelf COTS software within published SLAs. Coordination with various teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution and escalations related to applicable applications, Database, platforms and Infrastructure. Installation and configuration of new middleware software in alignment with clients growth and technology modernization plans. Software upgrades due to hardware, software, or firmware updates.
