Job Summary:
Cymertek Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join their team and manage their Linux-based infrastructure. The role involves deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Linux servers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve server issues
• Implement and maintain security updates
• Create and maintain system documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full U.S. Citizenship)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with Linux command-line tools
• Experience with shell scripting
• Knowledge of server virtualization
• Familiarity with configuration management tools
• Understanding of file systems and storage
• Ability to monitor system logs effectively
