Job description

Entry Level Customer Sales Representative (100% Remote)

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Paid Weekly | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

A Remote Career With Room to Grow

A strong career doesn't always begin with years of experience.

AO Globe Life is looking for Entry Level Customer Sales Representatives who enjoy working with people, are comfortable communicating virtually, and want to develop valuable sales and client service skills in a remote environment.

Previous insurance or sales experience is not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the products, technology, and client process before handling appointments independently.

What the Role Looks Like

This is a client-facing position focused on helping individuals who have already requested information.

Rather than spending the day making random cold calls, representatives connect with scheduled clients, learn about their needs, explain available options, and help guide them through the next steps.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting scheduled phone and virtual appointments with clients
  • Learning about each client's questions, goals, and priorities
  • Presenting benefit options in a clear and professional manner
  • Answering questions and providing accurate information
  • Helping clients understand the options available to them
  • Maintaining organized client and appointment records
  • Completing follow-ups when needed
  • Working with company platforms and digital tools
  • Participating in training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Continuously improving communication and client service skills

Why People Choose This Opportunity

Remote work is great, but having the structure and support to succeed remotely makes a difference.

This position offers:

  • Work-from-home flexibility
  • Training for new team members
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Qualified leads provided
  • No cold calling
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Weekly commission-based pay
  • Performance-based earning potential
  • Opportunities for professional development
  • A supportive team environment

What Makes Someone Successful Here?

The strongest candidates aren't necessarily the ones with the longest résumé.

They are people who can listen, communicate, stay organized, and follow through.

This opportunity may be a good match for someone who:

  • Communicates comfortably with different types of people
  • Takes initiative and can work independently
  • Is dependable with appointments and follow-ups
  • Learns new systems and information quickly
  • Is open to coaching and willing to improve
  • Can stay focused while working from home
  • Has strong organization and time-management skills
  • Wants to build experience in sales and client relationships

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, education, administration, call centers, sales, or other client-facing positions can be helpful, but it is not required.

More Than Just a Work-From-Home Job

Working remotely can give the right person the chance to develop skills that extend well beyond this position.

Through training and hands-on client conversations, representatives can strengthen their communication, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities while working toward their professional goals.

If a flexible remote environment, structured training, and the opportunity to build a career sound like the right next step, this could be worth exploring.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

Apply today for the Entry Level Customer Sales Representative position.

Qualified applicants will be contacted regarding the next stage of the hiring process. Please monitor your email, voicemail, and spam or junk folder after applying.

Applicants must have a residential address in the United States or Canada.
