Farmers Insurance Group's local agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us in our office in Sparks NV. This role will allow you to help to set the service standard that other customer service representatives will strive to achieve. As a member of our highly-valued customer service team you will be critical to our efforts to provide our customers and team members with efficient and professional client service. Qualifications

As a member of our customer service team working in our office in Sparks, NV your main mission will be to work the front lines of customer service to generate the very first positive impression clients make about our company.

Your first challenge in this role will be learning our products, services and world class business techniques. Working in a fast-paced customer focused office, you'll use your computer savvy to communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information while also providing expert professional support to our agents as they continue to grow their business. Besides excellent written and verbal skills, your ability to actively listen will get you to the root of a customer's issue and solve it quickly. Your courteous and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in person, will ensure that clients and agents alike will know that their issues are being handled by a competent and concerned business professional.

Prior experience with property and casualty, life, and health insurance will give you the ideal foundation to make an immediate contribution to the team. Your expert attention to detail will ensure that the information you are responsible for will be entered the system in an efficient and accurate manner. This role will also allow you to learn more about the insurance industry while taking on other duties such as helping the recruiting team with their recruiting efforts as the office continues to grow.
