• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to accurately formulate clinical diagnoses.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, preferences, and evidence-based practices, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to address the specific goals and struggles of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, assessing the risk and implementing appropriate safety measures.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering to both ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continued education to remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families from the Chandler area, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health. Clients may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. By actively listening and employing evidence-based interventions, you will guide clients toward understanding and overcoming their challenges, thereby enhancing their resilience and well-being.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, with a proficiency in developing effective treatment strategies.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to engage and support clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate efficiently with team members.
• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to the team dynamic to promote client-focused care.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical principles and professional standards in practice.

• Experience with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a willingness to incorporate new techniques based on client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client records and facilitate communication.
• Previous exposure to community health settings is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a signing bonus.
