Job description

We seek a creative, organized individual with an interest in the legal field, hands-on social media experience, and practical AI tool literacy. In this role you will create and manage social content, support digital campaigns, analyze performance, and use generative tools to scale high-quality marketing assets while maintaining legal and ethical accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for phone reception, intake screening, and calendaring for prospective and current client matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and other select platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts as relevant).
  • Draft and/or edit attorney bios, practice-area posts, website blogs, short articles, ad copy, and other promotional materials.
  • Use AI writing and image tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to ideate, draft, and optimize content; apply prompt engineering and human review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a content calendar and manage scheduling tools.
  • Monitor platform and website analytics; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with paid ad campaigns: audience setup, A/B testing, and basic budget tracking.
  • Moderate community engagement and escalate sensitive messages or potential issues to management.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal advertising rules, firm brand guidelines, and client confidentiality policies.
  • Coordinate with SEO company and complete any additional recommended action items.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital media, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Demonstrable social media experience from internships, campus organizations, freelance work, or personal brand.
  • Familiarity with generative AI content tools and basic prompt engineering.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to communicate complex topics clearly and professionally.
