Over time, your work will help reduce the department's reliance on paper records and make years of legal information easier for staff to locate and access. Alongside your archiving work, you will provide day-to-day office coverage by answering phone calls, taking messages, monitoring shared email inboxes, and assisting occasional walk-in visitors.

You will help make sure incoming information and requests are directed to the appropriate staff member quickly and professionally.
