SHIFT LEADER
Lead Every Shift. Inspire Every Team.
Position Summary
As a Shift Leader at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a positive experience for both guests and team members. You'll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. This is an important leadership role that prepares you for future growth within our company.
What We're Looking For
  • Positive attitude and leadership mindset
  • At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification
  • Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable attendance
  • Available to support business needs

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
  • Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
  • Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
  • Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
  • Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
  • Help train and develop new team members.
  • Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
