The Opportunity:

The Field Hand is an entry-level position designed to give new hires hands-on experience and a clear path forward. We're always on the lookout to add talented individuals across all locations, who are ready to grow with us. We're looking for candidates committed to Safety and motivated to advance their careers as an Oilfield Cementer.


No previous oilfield cementing experience required

Potential Class 1 Mandatory Entry-Level Training (M.E.L.T.)

Excellent development and career advancement opportunities


Career Path:

Field Hand - Support Operators & Supervisors; learn equipment, safety protocols, and field operations

Class 1 Driver - Build on field experience by earning your Class 1 license and develop Oilfield driving skills

Operator - Advance into operating specialized pressure pumping equipment, and apply your learned expertise

Supervisor- Lead crews and be responsible for both service and operational excellence

Beyond - Continue your growth into senior / leadership roles for those who want to keep advancing


General Responsibilities:

Safety-first attitude in all aspects of work

Safely assist with rigging-in, rigging out and other functions at the job site

Ensure units are clean, and completing shop duties as directed

Working with various hands tools, hydraulic & pressure pumping equipment

Strong work ethic and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork


Qualifications:

Full Unrestricted Class 5 Drivers License is required

Clean drivers abstract, with no suspensions and incident free driving history

Previous labour experience: Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Military, Construction etc.

Capable of working in extreme weather on a 24 hour on-call schedule

Skills regarding mechanical aptitude, trouble shooting and problem solving


Individuals with Canadian Armed Forces, or Agricultural backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
