Shift: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 1st Shift (MondayโFriday, 6:30 AM โ 3:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical testing on food and feed products.
- Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Prepare samples using laboratory grinding equipment.
- Monitor, calibrate, and perform basic maintenance on laboratory instruments.
- Interpret test results and accurately document findings.
- Enter laboratory data into databases and maintain records.
- Communicate testing results to internal teams.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and customer specification records.
- Support food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs.
- Conduct laboratory inspections and assist with laboratory trials and experiments.
- Follow laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and PPE requirements.
Must-Have Requirements
- Entry-level laboratory experience or relevant education.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow laboratory procedures and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret laboratory documentation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently under moderate supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in food, feed, or quality control laboratory environments.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with sample preparation and laboratory testing.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality regulations.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
