Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze performance using labor tracking metrics, identify performance gaps, and promote safe, efficient, and high-quality order fulfillment activities.

What you'll do:

This position supports entry level employees’ success by developing a trusting relationship with them, ensuring the mastery of standard processes used to pack and ship high quality plants and flowers, focusing on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Our mentors listen and advise, encourage and inspire and foster social connections with others. This role desires to help the team succeed through supporting and coaching employees to live the LBR values, embrace their tasks, and understand the LBR vision of amazing and delight ing our customers with clearly superior products and extraordinary service and solutions.

Perform and Train Order Filling Employees

  • Pick correct number and quality of units (may use scanner)
  • Pack and Box orders according to standard work and specifications
  • Consolidate carts & racks with product, adjusting for expiration date
  • Perform cycle counting with adjustments and issue resolution
  • Operate forklift
  • Downgrade products when expired or below spec
  • 50’s loading
  • DSD Picking and Loading

Pay range: $19.00/hr-$21.00/hr 

Skills and Experience Preferred 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment environment.

  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or more during shifts

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Must meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility.
