Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train, teach and coach FTD and Wire service programs using written and verbal communication. 
  • Execute training classes both in-person and virtually.
  • Coordinate with floral managers and store directors on FTD fulfillment, DoorDash, and Acuview platforms.
  • Assist in set-up for expansion of Wire service systems to store not currently on platform. 
    • Train and monitor wire service execution after launch. 
  • Organize and facilitate design training classes (design experience not required).
  • Troubleshoot inquiries via email, text, and phone.
  • Manage online offerings for wire service platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between stores, corporate team, and FTD. 
    • Monitor key performance indicators for Wire Service and report to appropriate parties
  • Conduct online virtual sessions for programs.
  • Travel to stores several days a week throughout the 5 New England states serviced by the division will be expected with potential for overnight stays

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of floral wire services or ecommerce operations a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and TEAMS 
  • Floral wire service experience required, including FTD / 1800 Flowers
